We are seeking a Customer Service Manager
who understands the needs of a customer and the importance to have a strong relationship as well as with the internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service manager or account manager position in an international environment
- Experience in cooperating with the client at the strategic level
- Ability to build long-term relationships
- Ability to find out of the box solutions
- Extra pro-client attitude
- Experience in cooperation with technology, IT and high-tech companies is welcome,
- Fluent in English and German
