Logistics Administrator (Transport Services)

Your Tasks
  • Organizing and managing shipment details
  • Processing transport orders for global material flow and managing transport processes
  • Contacting our daily transport suppliers
  • Working with our internal warehousing tool
  • Preparing and updating Excel reports
  • Creating transport companies network worldwide
  • Issuing invoices and supplier rating
  • Monitoring SLA and KPI’s

Our Requirements
  • Minimum two-year experience in a similar position
  • Very good English language
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Proactivity and flexibility to take over new interesting tasks
  • Analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions quickly
  • Good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
