CCPORTER provides professional services for companies in the field of business development, enabling the combination of various outsourcing services. We offer office lease, co-working services and professional contact-center services providing our Clients with solutions adjusted to their individual needs.
We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
- Leading and mentor your team of sales consultants working from your home
- Reviewing the sales process and make suggestions of how to improve them
- Verifying the quality and efficiency of consultant’s service
- Reporting on sales activity and sales results of the team
- Motivating and directing your team to success
- Developing and coaching the team
- Focusing on the target
- Supporting new team members in the beginning of their work
- Assisting with recruitment and interviews for new team members
- Cooperating closely with other departments
- Very good command of Italian (native or near to native)
- Very good English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a position related to the sales``
- Spanish language will be appreciated
- Ability to work 40h hours per week
- Good command of Excel

- Working from home or in our office in the center of Warsaw
- Flexible working hours which may be adjusted to your needs (40 hours/week between 08:00 - 18:00)
