We are looking for you:
  • If you have proven 2-4 years of experience in Workday,
  • If you have workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM- must have,
  • And at least 2 of the following: Time & Absence; Recruitment; Compensation & Benefits; Talent.
  • If you have strong functional understanding of HR operations, processes and data definitions,
  • If you have experience in Functional Consultant at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment,
  • If you have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
  • If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand,
  • If you have organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Youll get extra points for:
  • Management Consulting experience,
  • University Degree.
  • Proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems,
  • Business mindset - business needs at the centre of all activities,
  • Proactivity and engagement,
  • Submitting CV in English.

Scope of duties
25%- Collaborate with the Product Owner and the IT Workday team.
25%- Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
25%- Work with countries to design their Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint, in partnerships with our Workday deployment partner.
25%- Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs.
